VISION EXPRESSED

St Mark members at all three services on Sunday, 7th September, will hear the vision for our church restated and explained. It has been encouraging to welcome new members throughout this year and this seemed a good time of year to remind us all about the vision we hold.

We will be reminded that we aim to be welcoming and outward looking. As we engage with and serve our local community we want to show that Jesus is Good News for all. We aim to be a discipling church, committed to building up and equipping all our members to serve God in the wider world. Our home life, our work and our hobbies are all areas which matter to God so we aim to provide whole-life discipleship.

The intention is that being part of St Mark is a positive factor in our lives. We expect all members to play an appropriate active role without becoming exhausted. If you have recently decided to become part of our church family you are encouraged to talk to one of the leadership team about joining a homegroup and/or another part of church life.
